Aaron F. Belen is the Principal of both AFB Investments LLC and AFB Hospitality Group LLC. Belen is an entrepreneur with a focus on hospitality, real estate development, and investments. He brings 15 years of experience to this arena. A licensed real estate agent in Michigan, Belen is currently managing eight real estate assets and expanding regularly. His restaurants and nightclubs have generated over $50M in revenue over the last eight years. He has an expertise in discovering and molding talent. His businesses have employed over 2,000 full and part-time associates since inception. He is a member of Franklin Hills Country Club, Pine Lake Country Club, as well as an active member of both The Friendship Circle and the Sheriff's Advisory Council. He is the recipient of the 2015 Business Person of the Year from the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he was named Crain's Detroit Business 40 Under 40: 2015 and 30 in Their Thirties 2014 from dbusiness Detroit. Belen attended the Cranbrook Educational Community in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and graduated from the Barney Business School at the University of Hartford. He currently resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
