Aaron F. Belen

Aaron F. Belen is the Principal of AFB Investments and AFB Hospitality Group. Belen is an entrepreneur with a focus on hospitality, real estate development, and investments. A licensed real estate agent in Michigan, Belen is currently managing three real estate assets and expanding regularly.

Belen is a member of Franklin Hills Country Club, a Board Member of Michigan Jewish Sports Foundation, Board Member of Ambassador Club for The Friendship Circle and is involved with the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit.

Belen attended the Cranbrook Educational Community in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and graduated from the Barney Business School at the University of Hartford. He currently resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Laurie Jarocha

Laurie Jarocha is Controller for AFB Investments. She brings more than 18 years of accounting experience.

Laurie T. Jarocha is a graduate of The University of Michigan – Flint (BBA-Accounting 1987).  She passed the CPA exam in 1990 and spent over 18 years working in public accounting.  After leaving public accounting Laurie spent a decade working for a property management company.  She began working for AFB Investments and AFB Hospitality Group in 2013 as the Controller.  Laurie and her husband enjoy traveling and volunteering at their church.

Scott MacDonald

Scott D. MacDonald is a graduate of Michigan State University (BA 1990) and Wayne State University Law School (JD 1994), and has been admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan since 1994. Scott founded the law firm of Dixon & MacDonald, P.C. in 1995, where his practice continues to focus on business, liquor licensing and real estate law. He became General Counsel to AFB Investments and AFB Hospitality Group in 2013. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association.
